Mt. St. Helens Empty Mt. St. Helens

Nonconventional views of someone high up in the Ketchum project. Here are some of the rather unconventional views of someone who is high up in the Ketchum Project, whose name you will recognize, but I will not name them so as not to be an ass.

This person affirms that Bigfoots were killed in the Mt. St. Helens eruption; in fact, they say that “many” were killed. They were carried out via helicopters with huge nets, and their arms and legs were hanging out of the nets. I have heard reports that 1 or 2 were killed and others that said up to 20 were killed. This report makes the higher number seem more likely. They know someone who witnessed the evacuation of the dead Bigfoots

Cowlitz County Washington
1980 May

At one of Ray Crowe's Western Bigfoot Meetings, someone brought up the topic of corpses of sasquatches after the May 18, 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens in Washington State. The witness heard of two sasquatches the Army Corps of Engineers had taken out of the volcanic devistation, this was two months after the inital blast.

Terry Reams heard of a dredging operation of the Cowlitz River and two bodies were found in the sand (probably same case?). A chopper flew them off.

Joe Beelart offered that the crane doing the dredging was from the Manatowaka Company and that the bodies were found two weeks after the Mt. St. Helen's blast of May 18, 1980. He suggested that somebody might want to track down the company and find out who was working the shift that the bodies had been found on.

Source: Track Record #91

During a tour of the devastation by helicopter in 1985, the Viet veteran helo pilot mentioned a similar tale to Bobbie Short saying there were military helos that choppered out nets full of burned and semi burned elk, deer, bear and something with hairy charred arms hanging out of the drop nets. They were taken to a common pit where the bodies were burned to avoid disease and contamination of the rivers. (it might be the same story as above)

TR 91 SEPT 1999 *

Fred Bradshaw report concerning dead Bigfoot bodies near Mt. St. Helens.

My father worked for Weyerhauser Co. at Green Mountain ,WA, east of Vancouver. The site has security on their roads to check on the equipment and check closed areas to keep people out.

My father was working the day Mt. St. Helens blew up. He was at a meeting in Kelso, WA, and as he was a supervisor, when Mt. St. Helens blew it’s side out, all heck cut lose.

My father was sent back to Green Mountain right away but like most he wasn’t allowed to go very far because of the mud slide coming down the river.

He did get to the town of Toutle, WA, on highway 504 off I-5. He and his crew were placed at different spots to watch mud flow and of course help people get out of the blast zone after the major blow up. He was sent to the area of Sprit Lake to keep people out.

When the second major blow up of the mountain came, my father and the other guy with him reported in, and they got out of there.

He was then placed in charge of the helicopter landing zone. It was his job to help keep people out of the landing zone and let aid crews in so they could care for injured.

Later. when all the people were out and bodies out, the National Guard was brought in to clean up. They hauled dead animals out that they placed in piles; deer in one, elk in another and so on. They were covered up with tarps and later burned.

But my father was placed in charge of one pile of dead that were covered and no one was allowed to go near. Armed U.S. National Guard personal were around this pile, and one day when they were going to move this group of bodies, and my father was very close to it and was told to keep his mouth closed. And when the tarps were removed he saw the creatures, some badly burned and some not.

They placed them in a net and lifted them into a truck and covered it over. My father asked a guardsmen what will they do with them and he said study them or what ever…he didn’t want to know. He said it’s like other things you don’t ask, and off they went . AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM.

My father and the rest were debriefed and sent home.

It's all kinda convenient though isn't it?

No way to verify it, so they can say whatever they want. if you call and ask any of the involved services/bodies they will just say "uhh, no" and you can spin that however you want? (you being rhetorical not any "you" in particular).

Remember that allegation of a burned squatch being kept alive in a garage and the "truth" would be revealed in just a little bit?

Yeah, that turned out to be some guy pranking the entire BE blog.... this is why somebody needs to find a body soon.

Blondie,

Yes this is one of the things , What would campers and visitors to these parks start doing if they knew such creatures who in theory could rip you to shreads are living in the woods.
It is really intresting stories and stuff.
This is similar to the Roswell cover-up. Where first it was a UFO then No no no it was a weather balloon.

exactly, and they were both non events.... blown up into these big to-do's by people who have their livelihoods at stake.

Take Roswell for example, the Air Force finally releases the top secret documents that show that it was a secret program, and yet people refuse to believe it..... because people are gullible and don't like their sacred cows to be shown to just be regular cows.

These sorts of things make bigfoot look bad to everybody... Sad

But if you look it up everything is gone. The lake is even gone as well as all vegetation and ash is covering everything. So hunt what? lol As for tourism, The reports that fled out of Skamania already had tourists flocking to the county which is why it passed a sasquatch protection law. Sasquatch was bringing the tourists in.

Mt St Helens area is my favorite place to go and squatch around, it is where i had my one and only real encounter "hearing two vocalizeback and forth", they still frequent the area, its been a long history before and after the blast in '80, possible gov't cover up is possible, tough to prove, i may be up there this wknd, pending fires, there is a large fire out by Mt Adams and the smoke is blowing toward st helens, we shall see.real dry out here now, no real rain for almost 60 days. I will be out somewhere in the mts thats for sure... sunny

Sleeping on this I think you will get a different type of person going to the parks.
You will get the people Looking for the Sasquatch they will trample through the woods with no respect looking for the creature.
Then you will get the drunks going in "I gonna bag me a Sasquatch" I believe we will see the camping family be more cautious of going out.
And If a Creature like the Dogman/werewolf is known in the woods that is more violent that will put even more people off going in. ~fear~ will keep the average person out while it will bring more of the "Hunter" out.

You will also have to deal with the Loggers! will the goverment inact more territory to protect so them limiting the Logging industry.

Again i believe that their is a cover-up and the goverment can inforce it. as i put in the other thread look what they are doing to the Navy Seal who wrote a book.
Now if we go by the goverment having actually threatened people basically saying you and your family will hurt if you leak out this info. Would you really leak out what you know?
I think this Navy Seal person is going to be an example.

Skamania County Ordinance

Ordinance No. 69-01

Be it hereby ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County:

Whereas, there is evidence to indicate the possible existence in Skamania County of a nocturnal primate mammal
variously described as an ape-like creature or a sub-species of Homo Sapiens; and

Whereas, both legend and purported recent sightings and spoor support this possibility, and

Whereas, this creature is generally and commonly known as a "Sasquatch", "Yeti", "Bigfoot", or "Giant Hairy ape", and
has resulted in an influx of scientific investigators as well as casual hunters, many armed with lethal weapons, and

Whereas, the absence of specific laws covering the taking of specimens encourages laxity in the use of firearms and
other deadly devices and poses a clear and present threat to the safety and well-being of persons living or traveling within
the boundaries of Skamania County as well as to the creatures themselves,

Therefore be it resolved that any premeditated, wilful and wanton slaying of such creature shall be deemed a felony
punishable by a fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed Five (5) years.

Be it further resolved that the situation existing constitutes an emergency and as such this ordinance is effective
immediately.

Board of Commissioners of Skamania County

The above ordinance was partially repealed and amended in 1984 by Ordinance 1984-2.

Prosecutor Bob Leick realized in 1984 the county had exceeded its jurisdictional authority by making this crime a felony. The ordinance was then revisited — now it's only a misdemeanor, the fine has been lowered to $1,000, and any jail time has been capped at a year. Skamania County Ordinance No. 1984-2 also "created a Sasquatch Refuge, the boundaries of which shall be co-extensive with the boundaries of Skamania County."

The revised:

Skamania County Ordinance

Ordinance No. 69-01

Be it hereby ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County:

Whereas, there is evidence to indicate the possible existence in Skamania County of a nocturnal primate mammal variously described as an ape-like creature or a sub-species of Homo Sapiens; and

Whereas, both legend and purported recent sightings and spoor support this possibility, and

Be it further resolved that the situation existing constitutes an emergency and as such this ordinance is effective immediately.

ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1969.

The above ordinance was partially repealed and amended in 1984 by Ordinance 1984-2:

The ordinance was amended to make the crime a gross misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in the county jail and/or a $1000 fine.

The new ordinance also created a million-acre refuge within the County.

wow.. That part I did not know. I wonder what will happen if they do become classified as Homo-Hominids?

However if Justin Smeja had killed one there, then I bet it would have been let out of the Bag ASAP. The minute he would have opened his mouth there would have been a Police investigation, and not all this NDA crap. (Unless they would cover it up)

I like what Melba Ketchum is trying to do, but she may be hurting them with her secrecy more than helping. In a way, she is creating a demand for a body Neutral

Okay, after learning this, I wanted to see where exactly the refuge was. I figured that they just put it in their section of Gifford Pinchot National Forest. But no, it covers the entire county lol. So in a way they made the law more strict. Where once it was aimed at Hunters and researchers, it can now mean your own back yard if you live there.

Mt. St. Helens Empty Story frron The Blog Comments

Post  CMcMillan Sat Sep 15, 2012 8:56 pm

AnonymousSaturday, September 15, 2012 4:14:00 PM PDT

I dont know who wrote this story or if they were there, but I can add this much and I will give you facts you can check up on, if you feel this is a hoax. But I was an airman in the Air Force in 1980. I was stationed at George AFB from the late 70's to the early 80s. Our mission was the Wild Weasels or Air Force F4s that would go into a war area before it started like the first gulf war, at low level and pop up and then light up the ground to air defenses and then shoot anti radiation missiles at the sites letting the other aircraft get it. In 1980 we were shipped to train with the Canadian forces at Comox CFB on Vancouver Island. We took a C141 from George to Canada. Our C141 had a in flight emergency and had to land at Travis Air Force base in Northern California for repair. We were losing hydraulic fluid in one engine and I saw the crewman come back and dump several cans of hydraulic fluid into the reseviour and it just went back to Zero. He had a parachute and we didnt. Kind of made me nervous. But we later got back on our way and flew over St Helens right after it blew its top. Once we got to Comox, our officer in charge told us we would be there for longer than the 2 week TDY due to an emergency mission that they needed help on. We were all specialized airman trained in different specialties in aircraft maintenence and repair, but we were soldiers first and we did lots of other stuff that our country needed.
We were there for a couple days not doing anything because as I look back they were trying to figure out how to use us. Then we all got on a bus and were bussed to the area around the south end of the island and were picked up on a strange Naval Ferry. I was never in the Navy so I dont know anything about boats but our bus was tied down and delivered to US side and we drove off. It was under darkness and it was typically cloudy and raining and we continued our bus ride to the disaster area. We were given M16s and one mag, which I found fascinating because most Airforce enlisted troops shoot a gun in basic and you may never see a M16 again.

We were also given ill fitting green helmets marked GUARD Ill fitting plain green BDF'sand told to follow orders we were to be given in the upcoming breifing. In the Briefing we were told we would be guards to special areas and told to check credentials and to only allow people in who had the correct credentials in to the military tent areas that were set up what looked to be like the perimeter of the area affected by the eruption. We had NO idea were we were at. THere were no towns or cities around where we were at and we arrived there we were about 30 Airmen completely and totally confused on what was going on. We slept in a tented area that was near where we worked. We had a Mess tent next to the tent were we slept and we didnt leave that area about an acre size for a week or more. Most of us if not all of us were gaurding areas that people moved into and out of with what looked like victims. The tents we guarded had a foyer area and we couldnt see what was behind the 2nd door. It was brightly lit and you had to go through a couple of partitions to get to the main area of the tent. I assume they were there to prevent peeping into the tents by the guards. It was VERY infrequent that anyone walk in or out. And we worked 12 hour shifts only at night. We were used to working 12 hour shifts because this was just after the Iranian crisis and we would go on alert every 3 weeks, work 12 hour shifts flying as many missions as we could, then have a day off, then another alert and 3 more weeks of 12 hour shifts for 3 more weeks. We were told that if anyone tried to breach our area to shoot. That never happened or came close to happening. This was funny to me because we were given one magazine and I dont know if the bullets were real or not. We were Air Force not Marines. I knew more about a 5 iron than a M16. But nothing ever came up.
The only time ANYONE came up to the area I was gaurding only happened after midnite, and it LOOKED to me like a Doctor in a white lab coat with either a patient or victim who was wrapped in what looked like overcoates and our night shift navy blue ski caps. You could never see the person who was led into or out of the tents because they had their hands in the coats and were led into the tent by the arm. I think I was there for 8 to nine days and it was the most unusual thing I had ever experienced in the Air Force.
Last partOut of those nights on Gaurd I noticed 2 out of the people that were escorted in were VERY tall. Thats the only thing I noticed were those 2 TALL people. I was not in a position to see HOW tall they were but it was obvious they were over a whole head higher than the doctor, if thats what they were. Only the escort talked and they only mentioned their last name and showed their badge. I dont know if they were Army or civilian. The other thing I noticed was the escorted "people" were REALLY wide, but I always assumed (until now) that it was the coats there were wearing. It WAS very nippy and I also assumed we were at some kind of altitude. After that we were given a debrief that we had helped alot of the people who were "Victims" of the eruption (thats all we were told
"victims") and told that we were not to mention this part of our TDY.
After our last shift and I dont know how long that was but it was longer than a week, we were allowed to sleep then the next evening we were allowed to shower (we were only allowed skin baths with washcloths till then) in another tent that was behind the Latrine tent, and Chow tent, given back our original Air Force uniforms and put back on the same bus we rode in and bussed back to the same area under darkness, fairied back to Vancouver Island and back to Comox CFB and we continued ou TDY as if nothing happened. We did two more weeks of flying Sorties with the Canadians, played and drank a ton of canadian beer (LaBlatts Blue)
and flew in our C141 back to George AFB. It was all a big mystery on what happened then till I read this story, but it seems similar. But they must have REALLY been short on personnel to use a bunch of air Force kids as gaurds, or they thought nothing would ever happen. But thats the only time I EVER pulled gaurd duty outside of basic training at San Antonio

Post  Tzieth Sat Sep 15, 2012 10:18 pm

My first thought was that this guy was lying... Why would they use Airforce to do something that we constantly do and train for in the Army? I mean we would spend weeks out in the field as training and we had to re-qualify on the M-16 twice a year.

But his description of his duties was dead on with what we always had to do out in the field. And the picture he painted of how it was so horrid being out there for a week with no shower had Airforce written all over it. lol When those guys deploy they either stay in dorms or charter hotels and they always get TDY where ever they go. (We were lucky if we did.) and we ALWAYS slept in tents (If we were lucky) while out in the field. When I was in 65th Engineers, we slept on the ground because we were a Combat-Light unit.

That always secretly pissed us Army guys off. So we would always make fun of Air Force. (While secretly saying to ourselves "I joined the wrong branch...")

But I remember once I got my Secret Security Clearance I felt all important. lol (RTO's Radio Transition Operators Had to have them so when I became Squad RTO I got the background checks and the clearance.) My Uncle laughed at me and told me that almost all Airforce Airmen have Secret of higher.. So this would explain why they were using airforce... I am undecided on this one Neutral

But now the thing that does not add up to me was how he took a bus to a fairy. We down here are no where near Puget sound nor the Pacific Ocean. If his Air Base was in George, Washington why didn't they just return there and fly to Vancouver Island? It would have been faster.. But then again I am first hand witness to stupid things the military does Mad

First and foremost ... Tzieth ... thank you for your military service and ensuring our freedoms. I am always honored when meeting and interacting with people that have served. Like a Star @ heaven

I got a little lost in all the details that Anonymous was writing about and you addressed some of them. I am not from that area so it is difficult for me to understand them or their significance. I wonder if Anonymous went to extremes with detail to "qualify" him/herself as being credible. I do not know but it makes me suspicious when the details are over-the-top ... like the Smeja interview [which I find very disturbing the more I watch it ... I'll save that for when I resurrect an old thread on that dude.] Very Happy .

Anyway, thanks for the post back on Anonymous, I like your light-hearted tidbits and analysis!

IMHO and extensive experience with the government (I have almost thirty years of government service both military and civilian) below is my take on these types of claims.

The majority of the military and civilian government workforce can not keep a secret. Mainly because controlling such a diverse group of personalities for any extended period of time is not feasible or practical, for most it is the same as any other job. Especially in the free world were the media is allowed the freedom to report as they see fit, and the internet is growing every day.

The units and agencies that can keep these type of secrets are comprised of voluntary personnel that have went through extensive screening and background checks to ensure that they have the minimum moral, physiological, physical and country allegiance before any training, information or missions / jobs begin (most people cannot make it through the screening process). There are a different set of rules and regulations that pertain to these people and they are held to a much higher standard when it comes to disclosing information. The personnel in these units and agencies sign documentation that strictly outlines the punishments and that they understand what will happen if they disclose anything that was deemed restricted or classified.

I personally find it hard to believe that a normal unit of any branch would be involved directly with something this secretive. At best they would provide area security and never be allowed within the actual perimeter where such things were going on.

I will disagree with you on this YSR.

My Grandfather was a Tank Mechanic,

My Uncle was a Tank Driver. He worked on Classified things that to this day he still will not talk about. And he has been retired from the Military for many many Years. He told us the basics of what he would do. But not the detail on some of the items. Some of what he was able to tell us was he would be dropped off in the deserts to retrieve Russian tanks and capture them and drive them back to a US base. He told us he was always surrounded by CIA personnel when he would go out for 2 reasons. 1.) He had a shoot on site bounty from the Russian Government 2.) to make sure he didn't say anything about his missions.

My other uncle at the time in the 80's worked on the Star Wars program and helped the government he still can not talk about what exactly he did on the project.

My Aunt worked as a civilian on the Proving grounds in Maryland.

So sorry the government and its people can keep secrets.

I never said they couldn’t keep secrets, I just said in my opinion for the majority of the government it is not feasible. What your relatives experience is common place for the majority of the government workers; I too have similar events and information, goes with the territory.

My point was that once you get beyond the normal job and training, (terrorist, spies bigfoot, UFO, aliens, ect..) there is a different level of security and scrutiny involved.

Again, just my opinion on based on actual experience with the government and military.
