Does Chris' character die?
If Chris dies, I don't wish to watch it. Seeing my beloved Thor go down would be upsetting for me.

Okay, Both are Keepers IMHO.
Both of those guys are "drool-worthy". blush, I adore them. The Avenger's DVD is being released on the 25th, and I have already paid for it, and have release day delivery set up. I also have popcorn to pop, and a day where I'll be watching that movie with nothing else planned. Dinner will be takeout and bring it home hubby please day.

I plan on not watching that movie now, so thanks for the heads up. Yikes, Do they kill him off early on, or later into the movie?CMcMillan wrote:well did you watch the new star trek?

Re: Cabin in the woods
That is mean. lol Tell her
As for Star-Trek, yes he dies early on. But it's more of a self sacrifice to save multiple lives including his unborn son (James T. Kirk) who is just being born when the tragic event happens.
Telling her he is Kirks father is misleading her lol. In the Normal Timeline, Kirks father dies of old age. But the New Star-Trek follows a paradox-Time line as Romulans from the Future (post TNG) persue Spock from the future, through a worm-hole that lead to Kirks moment of birth thus changing the whole Star-Trek timeline.

Re: Cabin in the woods
I thought it was great that they had every horror creature you can remember from various movies....zombies, ghost, werewolf, clowns, snakes, gargoyles, puzzle box guys, ballerinas, the list goes on and on. Even a unicorn (I always knew horses were evil..imagine a horse with a weapon!)...but I digress.
One creature I didn't see though was Bigfoot!

I could deal with the zombies.. And the werewolf, and the Pinhead wanna-be. And the weird Ballerina with the rows of teeth as a face. I laughed my ass off with the Unicorn.. But when I saw that clown??? I was not laughing anymore

All of that was in *which* movie? Cabin in the Woods, or some other movie?DPinkerton wrote:I thought it was great that they had every horror creature you can remember from various movies....zombies, ghost, werewolf, clowns, snakes, gargoyles, puzzle box guys, ballerinas, the list goes on and on. Re: Cabin in the woods
I don't do clowns. The movie "IT" did it for me. Recently I had to excuse myself from a friend's son's b-day party because a clown showed up. My friend later told me that he had forgotten about the clown coming and apologized. Something he did not have to do, hell it was his son's party. But he knows that I am extremely uncomfortable around clowns. Silly when you think of it.
