Is ANY video evidence EVER going to be good enough?
IMO no matter HOW clear a video we get, it won't be accepted by the mainstream media without a body to accompany it. Your thoughts?

Video of Sasquatch
I think clear video of a Sasquatch demonstrating abilities beyond human capacity could sway many over.
Personally--- I'm past concern, at this point, for support=interest-- from the scientific community. IMO, they don't need protection, as they are quite able to protect themselves. Now if habitat became seriously compromised, which I don't see happening, a specimen might benefit the overall population. I don't think we are near that point yet.
Followers of this subject must ask themselves:
Why do you need proof? Is it to satisfy your own desire for recognition? Is it a thirst for vindication from the critics and scoffers that wound us with their derision and haughty dismissal?
We must look closely at our motivations. Having experienced Sasquatch myself, I have zero desire to be vindicated, and harbor little concern for the acknowledgement of the species.
As much as I respect and admire humanity and our accomplishments, I'm fully aware of the inherent risk in the revelation of the existence of the Sasquatch species. Pandora's box of Scientific interest would be opened and I truly fear what that would entail.
They have existed in predominant peace along side us for such a long time. Do we respect them and that enough to put their own interests ahead of our selfish desire for recognition?
I know they exist, and that makes them immeasurably unique and special. I'm content sharing this treasured knowledge with the other fortunate people out there who've experienced these magnificent beings themselves. I don't need to go shouting 'I told you so' to the masses, especially when considering the risk to our hairy forest counterparts.

It's not that I want proof, I just want something plausible/tangible to prove to myself that I am not crazy.

It would be good to have Video proof that is longer than the few seconds or Minutes.
To actually have people film it and take many pictures showing it doing anything.
Facial shots etcc..

I bet there is undeniable proof on someone's video. Didnt BoBo say that some Indian casino had a video of one going through garbage that was undeniable?

Excellent responses guys! Ive never seen one, but I agree they don't need protection! I just guess I am guilty of wanting some sort of vindication for fighting the good fight against skeptics for most of my life!

Re: Is ANY video evidence EVER going to be good enough?
I used to think "NO" But I was watching some PBS documentary the other night about Chimps and evidence that they were once smarter than they are and made weapons. Forget the weapons, for now that is a different topic altogether.. My point is that this Doc was all about Chimps. In looking at the chimps, you KNOW they are chimps.. not a man in a suit. their skin, their eye-color, their feet, their movement..etc
Then I got to thinking, when you were a kid and saw a chimp on TV, did you think it was a human?... If someone actually pulled a Jane Goodall and co-habitated with a group of Sasquatch and got clear, sharp, and up close footage of them, their behavior, their size and their habits including sounds and screams they make, I do not think you would need a body to prove they exist. However, such a documentary would probably have science demanding a body for further study as at this point, they would become mainstream.
The argument some are trying to make is how technology is able to fool you.. But does it really? CGI still leaves tale tale signs. CGI people tend to be too perfect and something is off about them. And CGI monsters are even worse. The Aliens from Alien are no longer so scary. Watch Alien and Aliens when the creatures were latex suits covered in slime, and then watch Alien 3 to the AVP movies... Which looks more real to you?
As for the suit argument, again, look at a real chimp or gorilla vs a man in a chimp or gorilla suit.
This would not be like UFO footage that could easily be faked or be real and people still think it was faked. This would be up close with none of the tale tale signs of CGI, a suit, or a bluescreen. And if the person was able to walk up to them and touch them and show the size difference, all the more better.
