Who's on first?...ET

We have been inundated lately with examples of government waste of taxpayer dollars, such as the fiasco at the IRS.  However, it doesn't stop there.  The photo below shows a baseball diamond on AREA 51.  What?  Yeah, a baseball diamond on AREA 51 (courtesy of google earth).  What's this doing on a classified top secret R& D facility?  How much did it cost to put there?  Poses some interesting questions, like:
1. Who plays on this diamond?
2. Is there an intergalactic league?
3. Is there a fantasy league?
4. Who is on the Planet Earth team?
5. Is a 'stadium dog' the same on Zeta Reticuli 1 as on earth?
6. What did [does] this cost the taxpayer?  Are we paying salaries for planet earth team members?
7.  Why didn't Shooter Cheney tell us about this?
Perhaps  you the tax payer can think of other pressing and relevant questions.
